If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:

- Support Ticket — Open a ticket from your dashboard
- Paddle — Contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The refund is returned to your original payment method
- Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), so the refund will appear from Paddle on your statement
- Your service will be deactivated upon refund completion
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day window.
