1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OpenClawManage (“the Service”), operated by Online Creative Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Us
OpenClawManage is a managed AI chatbot hosting service operated by Online Creative Network. We provision, maintain, update, and monitor OpenClaw AI chatbot instances on behalf of our customers.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Not create accounts for fraudulent purposes
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment & Billing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record)
- By purchasing, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Payment is required before service activation
- Recurring plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase with no conditions or exceptions
- No reason is required to request a refund
- Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
- Store or transmit illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
- Use excessive resources that impact other customers
- Resell services without prior written agreement
7. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.99% uptime for all hosted instances. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, upstream provider outages, or cyberattacks.
8. Data & Backups
We perform regular backups of your OpenClaw instance data. However, we recommend maintaining your own backups of critical AI bot configurations. We are not liable for data loss resulting from user error or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your OpenClaw instance will be stopped and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
10. Limitation of Liability
Online Creative Network (operating as OpenClawManage) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Online Creative Network operates.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
